Blueberry Production Issues

With blueberries being popular in the state of Florida, we know how important it is to have information to help growers be successful. Here are 4 new publications from the University of Florida IFAS Extension (UF/IFAS) researchers that discuss stem blight, blueberry gall midge, crop insurance policies and blueberry cultivars.

Here is a guide on how to identify and manage Botryosphaeria stem blight on the southern highbush blueberries.

Check out this article discussing the blueberry gall midge! The blueberry gall midge is a small fly that feeds on blueberries and cranberries.

Do you have questions about crop insurance policies? Take a look at what policies are available for blueberry growers in Florida.
